    The hotel's location was STUNNING, so close to very easy access to the sky train, and all the shopping malls in the area. The pool was nice, delicious and varied breakfasts.

    Really good Service in a Spacious Room

    After a long journey, I was welcomed with genuine warmth by the staff. The larger executive room on the 23rd floor offered amazing city views. Don't miss the breakfast buffet at the JW Café-it has an amazing variety for all tastes! Remember to check out the Executive Lounge for a serene evening.

    The room was exceptional, with smoke detectors and good views of the skyline. It had central location close to Arab Street. This hotel was in a great area close enough to many clubs and lounges, Bangkok, which area isnt jammed from traffic and the JW Marriott.

    Although everything was wonderful, some of the staff were very rude.

    Service impeccable. The concierge staff were second to none. Executive deal was also very good.

    Nothing really. A few ants got in the room. Possibly with the beautiful fresh flowers housekeeping left. I wasnt complaining!

    The business lounge staff were excellent and made every effort to ensure all needs were met. Good customer service.

    It was too warm in the main reception area. So uncomfortable for an evening drink for Westerners.
